At Spherica, we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help in any way we can.
How to use our return service:
Please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which item from which order you wish to return. Please include your order number. We will then send you a pre-paid return label for shipping with either USPS, DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Use the original packaging provided to wrap the item(s) you are returning and seal the package. Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of the package and follow the instructions given to either schedule a courier pick up or drop off at your nearest courier location.
To ensure your return reaches us promptly, we prefer that items are returned to us using the pre-paid shipping labels (DHL or UPS). You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please e-mail us prior to returning if you intend to do this!
What is our return policy?
Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible:
All returns that meet our returns policy, should be sent back to us in their original box and packaging provided within 14 days from receipt of your order.
All item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all Spherica Jewelry and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted. Once jewelry has been worn, it cannot be re-sold. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) as per these instructions and indicate which correct size is best, along with any other instructions as to how we can make this right for you, and we will resend your corrected size.
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receipt, less shipping charges, VAT and taxes. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or with debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
For orders to countries outside of the U.S.A., the original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for any duties and shipping charges back to our studios.
